Non-Refund Return Policy with Replacement Option
As a non-profit organization, we are committed to flexibility and accommodating our clients’ needs in the event of unforeseen circumstances. This non-refundable return policy offers rescheduling or service transfer options under the conditions outlined below:
Replacement Service Option:
We understand that circumstances may prevent clients from attending their scheduled service. In such cases, we offer a one-time replacement option, which must be scheduled within 12 months of the original service date. This option may be applied to the same service or another offering of similar cost, as available throughout the year. After the 12-month period, the replacement opportunity expires.
Replacement eligibility includes the following circumstances:

Personal Inability to Attend:
Clients unable to attend due to unforeseen personal circumstances.

Insufficient Enrollment:
If the minimum enrollment required for the journey, retreat, or workshop is not met.

Natural and External Factors:
In the case of external disruptions (e.g., natural disasters, social unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen cancellations), rescheduling or transfer is available under the same replacement policy.
Transferability:
If a client cannot use the replacement service within the 12-month period, they may transfer it to another individual. To authorize this transfer, written confirmation is required from the original client, ensuring flexibility and continuity.
Non-Refundable:
All service purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued. This policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring the sustainability of our organization through replacement and transfer options.
